Payment Method

We accept credit card payment through PayPal payment systems, Credit terms are not available. We also accept Personal Cheque, Money Order and Bank Transfer.

Cheque and Money Order:

Please submit one order through our online shopping cart first, and write down your family name and your Order Number in the description of Cheque, and send to:



Notice:
Our web system will show you the detail payment information during the checkout process. Please be sure to put the Battery-company or your family name on the back of your Cheque or money order when you send us, as we will require this to help track the incoming payment.
1. Bank Cheque and Money Order are generally cleared as paid within a day of arriving, however we maintain a clearance time of 5 days for any Company Cheque and 11 days for Personal Cheque due to our current banking methods.
2. When pay by direct bank deposit makes sure you make a reference of the Order Number with your deposit. Please also send us e-mail after your bank deposit with your Order Number and the amount you deposited. It will help us to speed up shipment of your orders.

 

Cheque and Money Order:

Please write down Order Number in the description.
Australia local bank account: There is NO additional handling fee for transferring from an Australia local bank account.

Notice:
Please email us at with the information you put down on the bank transfer receipt, after you have deposited to our bank account. This will enhance the payment checking process.
Any purchase over AUD 550, please pay by BANK TRANSFER or MONEY ORDER. Thanks for your cooperate.

Tax

The total price of any order will only include GST. All other taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility of and to be paid by the customer.

Refund

After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost and tax less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.
