There are two types of delivery we provide.
- Normal Delivery – “eParcel of Australia Post” Regular Parcel Delivery Service.
- Express Delivery – “eParcel of Australia Post” Express Post Parcel Delivery (Australia only) is a must if you want to receive items the soonest possible, and the additional charge is available AU $5.00 per item.

Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.
Please refuse the parcel if it is damaged in transit (i.e. Not to sign on delivery receipt) and notify us for the refusal of damage parcel, otherwise, we are not responsible for the damaged item.
Normally, the Australia Post takes 2 to 10 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination. In case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the Australia Post. We will re-send your order after Australia Post has completed the investigation of the lost parcel, which would take about 3 to 4 weeks from the day of complaint.
If you have the tracking number of your order from us, your parcel can be traced in www.eparcel.com.au. Our shipping cost listed on the website only cover Australia. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for your order.
Domestic orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped by the next business day. Most orders received by 12:00 EST are shipped the same day, Fed Ex or Local Truck Courier. Expedited orders are delivered normally on business days.
